Every engagement begins with a free consultation and a written quote covering scope, timeline, and deliverables. Work starts once that scope is agreed to in writing.

Timelines assume timely feedback and content from the client. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins.

On final payment, the client owns the delivered website content and design files. Third-party services such as hosting, domains, and email are billed by those providers directly.
